HOME ADDITIONS
Sometimes there just isn’t enough room! Often it makes sense to make improvements to what you have, whether it is merely an expansion with minimal effect on the existing, or the opportunity to completely transform the house as a whole. We have completed projects such as house re-construction to add an additional storey on top of existing homes, substantial one and two storey additions on the rear / side of existing homes as well as sun-rooms, screened-in porches and sun decks. We have also constructed various detached garages to serve residential lots or remote cottages.

HOME ADDITION INFO
Update! Aafter having renovated this property years ago into a duplex, we decided to breath new life into this home by converting it back into a single-family dwelling, but with greater space and and modern touch.
We converted the existing 2nd storey deck into an addition in order to gain a property master suite with new private balcony. The stairs to the loft were reconfigured so the loft could be maintained as a third bedroom.
- HOME SPA PROJECT -
HOME ADDITION INFO
We constructed this accessory building a few steps away from the existing home on a rural wooded lot. The goal was to house a custom hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and accompanying amenities; whether to entertain friends or to have a small escape from the world.
- ECHO DRIVE PROJECT -
HOME ADDITION INFO
We removed the roof from and existing bungalow, and constructed a second and thirdstorey with a two-storey addition off the back of the house.
The new roof includes access to a third floor level.
The scope of work resulted in a new outstanding kitchen, master suite, mudroom and home office overlooking the river.
- SIMS PROJECT -
HOME ADDITION INFO
This project involved removing the entire roof and majority of the main floor in order to rebuild into a functional two-storey home. There was a substantial gain in floor area by the project, converting a 2 bedroom starter home into a 3+ bedroom family residence. A full refresh of the main floor led to a wonderful open concept layout.
- MARLOWE PROJECT -
HOME ADDITION INFO
This two storey home has doubled in size, managing to add a substantial two-storey addition to the back and side of the house. The existing roof was removed and a new roof built over the whole footprint, which helped make the transition from old-to-new hard to distinguish. Adding a renovation to the layout of the existing has led to a beautiful new family home throughout.
