We our proud to offer services to homeowners, beyond making improvements to their personal homes. Often, the next improvement is outside the house, including detached garages, accessory structures and dwellings on recreation properties.

Along with renovations made at the nearby cottage, we were asked to build a "Tree-House" play structure and bunkie for the kids.

Two garages on this property needed an update. The larger garage was an original 1800's build, and we recovered / reinstalled some original barn beam-work as an homage to the original structure. We also integrated a staircase to access the attic space, that is raised and lowered on a winch system.

This cottage is built on a small lake in Quebec, and includes incredible waterfront-facing windows, and plenty of space to enjoy while maintaining a cozy

feel.

This build involved building a garage with a second storey loft area on a hobby farm. We used barn-style features and reclaimed barn board siding to being the agricultural aesthetic to a modern built accessory structure.

- BIG RIDEAU GARAGE -

Detached garage to serve summer home on the Big Rideau. We constructed the garage to match the look of the garage, with steel roofing and cedar siding. The design included stairs to a second level, with an ideally placed porch facing the water. Measures were put into place to future develop this loft as usable space for guests to visit comfortably.
