Situated on a country lot outside Richmond, this home adopts a more tradition style, with emphasis on the large and elegant country front porch. High quality finishes throughout the interior, and an attached garage and in-law suite above. The screened in porch with vaulted ceiling makes it difficult to choose whether to entertain guests inside or outside the residence.

This house model was constructed on an infill lot in Ottawa. Our design takes more elements of the contemporary style that is ever-growing in the city. We made good use of the property and constructed a home fit for a large family, with multiple bedrooms and bathroom suites.

This custom infill project was built on Main St in Ottawa. The project involved constructing a 3-storey detached house, with the ground floor level acting as the garage and stairs to the second floor. The second and third level are used as the home, with open concept kitchen / living room, and office space.

As with any of our traditional bungalows, the layout is set up to enjoy open concept rooms in designated public spaces, and allowing for acoustic and visual privacy in private spaces.
