HOME RENOVATIONS

There is huge value in the re-imagining of any area of a home for an aesthetic update and improved functionality. We pride ourselves for our ability to make existing space brand new again such as interior remodeling for open concept layouts or room reconfiguration, bathroom and kitchen renovations and basement finishing for maximum effective living space in a home. We are licensed and equipped to take on interior renovations and modernization of existing condo units. We can also convert basements or coach houses into legal secondary dwelling units, including "granny" and "in-law" suites.

The layout of this original house was not optimal; with a small kitchen and an oversized dining room. By removing a room and relocating a window, we were able to produce a new kitchen and dining room with much better space and functionality.

HOME RENOVATION INFO

The Kitchen was the largest portion of the project. We worked with Laurysen Kitchens to design and install beautiful kitchen cabinets. The appliances were all moved slightly to better use the space. The unique full-height pantry beside the fridge serves the area perfectly, and the niche directly across has become a functional space for electronic device charging.

HOME RENOVATION INFO

In an effort to gain and additional bathroom both upstairs and downstairs in this home, we decided to take advantage of the existing rear addition’s space by relocating/renovating the Kitchen, and adding a 3-pc bathroom and laundry room. As well, we converted a 2 pc Powder room on the second floor into a 3pc Wetroom with the same floor area. The homeowners also enjoy an newly updated Ensuite.

Courtenay

  -  COURTENAY S. PROJECT  -

HOME RENOVATION INFO

This war-time home required a better allocation of interior space. Taking some space from an unused bedroom, we were able to make a tight bathroom more open, and gain the remaining space in the Kitchen. An additional exit door was added, making the rear yard much more convenient to access than before.
